My art studio will be open to the public for Sacramento's OPEN STUDIOS event. Saturday and Sunday.
I will be showing a new series of work inspired by the 1963 Lincoln contintental. The series is called "The Sled".

All contributions from the event support Discover the Flyway, our dynamic, hands-on outdoor science and social studies field trip program, now in its 20th year bringing Sacramento area students to the Yolo Bypass Wildlife area to learn about wetlands and wildlife.
I have a red tractor painting that will be in the silent auction.

Location: Heringer Ranch, located at 37375 Netherlands Road, Clarksburg, California
The 29th annual Wines of Clarksburg.
Enjoy an afternoon of local wines or 17+ wineries, gourmet food, live music, garden art, and a fine art auction featuring Sacramento and Delta artists in one of the Delta's most beautiful settings.
All proceeds benefit the Clarksburg Library; this is the library's main fundraiser and we rely on these funds to maintain the building, provide materials, and host community programs.
Tickets are $40.00 per person pre-sale ~ $60.00 per person day of the event.
My art studio space will be open to the public during the Sacramento Open Studios.

YoloArts invites artists to participate in the 2016 Art Farm Exhibition which includes an Art Harvest (non-juried) and Juried Exhibition. All artwork must be original and may be inspired by the farms and farmlands; open spaces; food and bounty; agriculture; agricultural heritage of Yolo County, CA.
Media: painting, photography, mixed media, ceramics, mosaic, etc. Exhibition juried by Emma Acker, Assistant Curator of American Art at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.

Bucks for Ducks is Yolo Basin Foundation’s annual gala. The evening includes dinner and drinks, live and silent auctions, and a raffle all on the stadium floor of the UC Davis ARC Pavilion. The silent auction includes 141 original pieces of artwork and photography from 81 photographers and artists, inspired by Central Valley nature and agriculture. Dinner will be catered by the Buckhorn Steakhouse and beer and wine will be provided by local favorites.
All contributions from the event directly support the Foundation’s wetlands education programs including Discover the Flyway, our dynamic, hands-on science and social studies school program. Since its inception in 1997, Discover the Flyway has provided field trips to the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area for over 70,000 students from the Sacramento region.
My studio will be open during the Open Studios weekend 1.
